the confidence of being 4...
When I compliment L'il Sis (whether it's telling her she's smart, pretty, sweet or anything else), her response is often, "I know."

Ha! I work with preschoolers all day and I constantly hear things like this! It's so freaking cute and sweet.
Good thing that you can get away with it at that age! I can just imagine how I'd feel if someone over the age of 8 replied that way!
I must say it just isnt fair an awful lot because when I told dash-1 that he was awfully cute the other day his reply was "it just isnt fair".
kids are cute... its their saving grace!
Lol! I often think I could use a good dose of that self confidence once in a while!
I hope she always keeps that response!
